John B. Periman joined the firm in 2018. Since then, he has focused exclusively on workers’ compensation defense and subrogation issues, representing insurers at the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board, the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Appeals Commission, and the Alaska Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years as a law clerk in the Anchorage Superior Court after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2016. He also gained valuable courtroom and trial experience working as a legal intern with the Denali Law Group. John was born and raised in Anchorage. Prior to law school, John worked as a general laborer on jobsites across Alaska and is familiar with the unique work environment of our state
